BioNever know what to write in these damn bio's...
I've been called tactless and blunt, unintentionally hurting the feelings of others. This is probably true since my mouth/fingers will frequently engage before my brain does. In person I try to monitor myself, but here I don't try so hard . Undoubtedly, an entry here will offend/upset someone at some point - this is a place for me to vent and babble - either deal with that, or don't read the entries.
All my life, I've loved to read. From trashy romances and fanfiction to technical books/magazines to SciFi, I'll read it - and probably more than once.
Though I'm not a computer whiz, I can (and have) built systems for myself and family, set up a couple networks and designed a half-dozen or so web sites. My hubby proudly tells anyone who'll listen I did a site for a Republican candidate in 2000.
I'm a home-body, preferring a quiet night with my immediate family over anything else. There are only a small handful of people I have as friends – shyness, various anxieties and neuroses, and lack of child-free time are the primary reasons. I'm more comfortable interacting with people on the Internet than I am in person.
Not being a big commenter myself, it's not so important if someone leaves a comment on this journal once a day, month, or year. While it's nice to hear from 'friends' or random visitors, it's not required.
